The extent of the guarantee given for each product is described alongside each product below.
What will SofasoGood do to correct the problem?
SofarsoGood will examine the product and decide if it’s covered under this guarantee. SofasoGood will then, at its choice, either repair the defective product or replace it with the same or a comparable product. In these cases,we will be responsible for the costs of repairs, spare parts, labour and travel for repair staff that SofasoGood incurs, provided that the product is accessible for repair without SofasoGood incurring additional expenditure to gain access. This will not apply in cases where repair work has not been authorised by SofasoGood. Any defective parts removed in the course of repair works will become the property of SofasoGood. If the item is no longer sold by SofasoGood, SofasoGood will provide an appropriate replacement. SofasoGood will decide at its discretion, what will constitute an appropriate replacement.
Duration of the guarantee
Each guarantee lasts for the number of years stated against each product below, starting from the date of purchase.
General legal rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits under our guarantees are in addition to other rights and remedies under law in relation to goods.
How to reach us if you need service
Contact your local SofasoGood store. Save your receipt as proof of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for guarantees to be valid.
